Suppress dust and treat reclamation. Without the traffic.
Water trucks fight haul trucks for road space. Drones don't. We knock down dust and treat reclamation ground from the air, reaching the slopes and pads crews can't safely.
Dust and reclamation both live in the hard-to-reach places.
Arizona mine operations live under air-quality permits and constant inspection. Water trucks are the legacy answer for dust, but they share roads with 400-ton haulers, need operators in the heat, over-water some areas and miss others, and can't reach steep slopes, conveyors, or active pads. Reclamation and weed control on benches and slopes is just as awkward to reach on the ground.
A clear path to a treated site.
- 01
Site & Permit Walk
We coordinate with your environmental and safety teams to align with your dust-control plan, MSHA protocols, and traffic plan.
- 02
Aerial Application
We apply water or your specified suppressant for dust, and labeled herbicide for reclamation and weed control, via the DJI Agras T100. Haul roads, stockpiles, slopes, and reclamation zones, with no ground exposure. We scale via our operator network for larger campaigns.
- 03
Compliance Reporting
GPS coverage maps, application logs, and before/after imagery your environmental compliance team can file.
Less risk. Better coverage. Real ROI.
Every job ends with documentation you can hand straight to your auditor or asset manager.
- Suppress dust on haul roads, stockpiles, and tailings without water-truck congestion
- Treat reclamation areas and weeds on benches and slopes from the air
- Reach steep slopes, conveyors, and active pads crews can't safely access
- Cut crew exposure to dust, heat, and traffic
- Document every application with GPS coverage and timestamps
Built for owners and operators.
AZ Mining Compliance
We work to your dust-control plan, not the other way around.
MSHA-Aware Operations
Our pilots brief into your safety system and operate inside your traffic-management plan.
Handles Heavy Products
The DJI Agras T100 carries heavier-viscosity suppressants and binders, not just water.
Part 107 + Insured
Our pilots hold their FAA Part 107 and we carry $1M aviation liability. Part 137 and our AZ Dept. of Agriculture license are in progress.
Common questions.
What can you apply?+
Water, lignosulfonate, magnesium or calcium chloride brine, and most polymer binders for dust; labeled herbicides for reclamation and weed control. We'll review your SDS before quoting.
Do you fly during active blasting?+
No. We coordinate with your blast schedule and stay clear of restricted zones.
Can you fly at night?+
We can run cooler-temperature applications when your operation allows and as our flight authorizations permit.
Take dust off your daily standup.
We'll tour your operation, review your dust and reclamation plans, and quote a pilot program for your most problematic zones.
