Randy is a top-producing Arizona real estate agent with HomeSmart Realty, bringing more than a decade of experience and over $70 million in closed sales across Mesa, Phoenix, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Chandler, San Tan Valley, and Gold Canyon. His fluency in land, parcels, easements, water rights, and access shapes how Fieldmark scopes every job before we quote it.

At Fieldmark, Randy runs day-to-day operations, builds out our support trailers, and trains every operator on equipment, safety, and field discipline. Twelve years as an ironworker gave him the trade-built grit and exacting standards still visible in how he runs a crew. He believes in doing business the old-fashioned way: looking a customer in the eye and sealing it with a firm handshake. He is also an Arizona Game & Fish Licensed hunting and fishing guide and owns R&K Adventures with his wife, Krystle. Randy holds his FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot in Command certification.

Joshua brings a rare combination of production-agriculture roots and modern brand strategy to Fieldmark. Raised on a multi-generational family farm in Western Kentucky working tobacco, cattle, and row crops, he was running his own tobacco operation before finishing high school. Twelve years of hands-on farm work gave him a working command of the calendars, margins, and equipment realities that growers live by.

He is the founder of Soulheart Ventures, a portfolio of privately held companies spanning leadership, marketing, technology, and e-commerce. At Fieldmark, Joshua leads branding and go-to-market strategy and runs field demos that show growers exactly what the equipment can do. He has been flying drones since 2016 and holds his FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot in Command certification.

Joshua lives in San Tan Valley, Arizona with his wife, Laura, and their three children.
